I am a US Veteran with over 30 years as a Home builder and for 15 years I have been inspecting roofs & construction projects with current & prior accreditations that I have obtained such as an ICC certification as a Coastal & Floodplain Construction Inspector / Professional Home Inspector for  TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) / TDI (Texas Dept. of Insurance) Inspector / Fortified Roofing Evaluator / Independent 3rd party construction inspector & consultant as well. 

I created Living in the Danger Zones Podcast with a two fold mission in mind for you the HOMEOWNERS / BUSINESSOWNERS / CONTRACTORS

1.)
